For those who is afraid of the Cholesterol in a Quail egg, it is actually very low. It is only about 46.2 mg in one whole egg about 10 gm in weight.

The misunderstanding of high cholesterol is because in the past, the cholesterol is tested on 100 gm of quail egg yolk which give about 2000 mg of cholesterol, but to get 100 gm of quail egg yolk, you need to have 50 quail eggs, as egg quail egg yolk is only 2 gm.
